All classes of the Suffolk West School of Instruction will be held
at Meridian Lodge, 592 Main Street, Islip at 7:30pm.
Ø All members of lodges in Suffolk West are encouraged to attend all schools of instruction…not just the date for which your lodge will be the exemplar.
Ø
The exemplar lodge is responsible for covering all the parts of
that particular part of ritual. In addition, the exemplar lodge is responsible
for providing the refreshments for the collation after we close the school for
the evening.
Ø The ritual competition to select the Suffolk District representative to the MAGLA Ritual Contest at Grand Lodge will take place at 5pm at the Grand Lecturer’s Convention on March 1st.
Ø
The Annual Attendance Award for the lodge that brings the most
members to the School of Instruction will be awarded at the District Dinner in
April.
Ø The annual fee of $45 is asked of all lodges in Suffolk District West which covers the entire lodge for the entire year.
